SOSEC Nepal invites proposals from qualified and registered audit firms/consultants to conduct the Project Audit of the Hatemalo Project funded by CBM Global, covering the period June 2024 – December 2025.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Review of financial transactions, documentation, and budget compliance
• Assessment of internal control systems
• Procurement compliance review
• Verification of HR financial compliance
• Asset and inventory verification
• Review of programmatic alignment with project outputs
• Compliance with policies and laws

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Registered audit firm with valid ICAN renewal
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with I/NGO project audits
• Qualified audit team (CA/ACCA/Senior Auditors)
• Submission of required legal documents

EVALUATION

QCBS Method: Technical 70% + Financial 30%
