<\/b>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Background \/Introduction: <\/span><\/p>\n

Social Service Centre (SOSEC), Dailekh is one of the non-political and non-profitable social organization which has been founded in 2054 B.S. with the goal of serving the backward people in the remote and undeveloped communities of Dailekh district. The organization tries to play the vital role in the social cultural and economic development of the community. SOSEC is the result of the ambition and enthusiasm some adventures Dailekhi youths who are always dedicated in the prosperity of community. By analyzing the fact that only governmental offices can not do all the developmental work, and some efforts should be done by the civil society for the development of the community the organization has been performing different activities related to human right health, education, sanitation & agriculture with the partnership of different bilateral, Multilateral and other donor agencies that launch the program only for the disadvantage and back warded communities. SOSEC considers that the community should be active and cleaver for their development. The development of a community depends on the activeness of the community.<\/span><\/p>\n

SOSEC has been registered in DAO Dailekh with the registration No-59-054\/055 on 11th<\/sup> Bhadra 2054 within Organization Registration Act. 2035. Similarly it has been affiliated in Social Welfare Council with the affiliation No-6099-054\/055 and registered in NGO Federation with Reg. No<\/span> Dai-3-MDR- 054\/55<\/span><\/i>. SOSEC has also been registered in PAN with No 300965292.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>There will have been the construction of equitable society with the establishment of empowered organization to play effective & vital role in he integrated development of the community.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>To improve the educational, health, economic and Right aspect of the women, Dalit, Janajaties, Children and poor with the help of social mobilization and peoples participation. <\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Development of need based local infrastructures with the co-ordination of different line agencies.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Sustainable development of the organization by capacity development of the human resources in the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Public awareness in the community level to reduce the gender & caste discrimination prevailing in the community.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work as the means of transformation by organizing the mobile health camp & increasing awareness in the community on reproductive health, community health as well as HIV\/AIDS.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Increase employment status in the local level by focusing on the development of local skills based on the demand of market.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Endeavor for the humanly help to the natural disaster & conflict affected community by increasing the awareness on human right protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct the non-formal education program to reduce the illiteracy.<\/span><\/p>\n

v\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Publication of leaflets, booklets and conduction of community radio for the awareness of the community. <\/span><\/p>\n

The GA & A was conducted in participatory approach and participant centered methodologies were used.\u00a0 <\/span>In this function, organization structural progress report was presented by General Secretary and financial progress report was presented by Treasurer in opening session of GA & A. After finished opening session, we were trun into closing session. In the closing session, there were open discussion on report of GS and Treasurer. When participants should was convinced upon those report then table to pass and approval. \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Outcomes of the <\/span>GA & A<\/span><\/h1>\n

The immediate outcomes of the GA & A are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

altogether 143 invities were presented in 15th General Assembly & Anniversary’s opening session of SOSEC Dailekh. Similarly,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>(altogether 99 members ) members of GA (Life, General and Sub-general Members of organization) were presented.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Members of organization were affiliated into SOSEC, Dailekh, know about annual progress and organization. <\/span><\/p>\n

Participants made their common understanding about organization & it’s working modality.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each participating representatives of organization has been made plan for sustainable management of organization. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>7.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Training Venue<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

\u00a0<\/span>15th General Assembly & Anniversary took place at DDC Hall, Dailekh dates of 27th August, 2013. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Participants<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

There were a total of 143 persons present in the opening session of 15th General Assembly & Anniversary from different sectors like, GoNs, INGO’s\/LNGOs, community, Life members, General Members, Sub-general Members. Similarly,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>persons present in closing session of the 15th General Assembly & Anniversary of organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Opening and Closing of the <\/span>GA & A <\/span><\/h1>\n

Opening of the 15th General Assembly & Anniversary was formal and participatory approach by standing participants in their space and opening the GA & A to burned flem on Panas by Chief Guest of GA & A Mr. Homnath Thapaliya (Chief District Officer, Dailekh) . Then, there was played National Anthem by sound system.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For the gusetmenship was announced respectively.\u00a0 <\/span>After finished guestmenship, Board Members Mrs. Rama Shrestha give welcomed speech towards participants of GA & A. Mrs. Junu Kumari Thapa General Secretary, presented organization structural progress report of FY 069\/70 and Mrs. Sudha Koirala Treasuree presented organization financial progress report of FY 069\/70. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Ratna Shahi (Chairperson of Panchakoshi Diabled Forum, Dailekh), Mrs. Banisara Aalemagar (Chairperson of CBDRMC, Jarikhana Salleri), Mr. Maharup Khatri (Vice Chairperson of NGO Federation, Dailekh), Mr. Pursotam Thapa (Chairperson of Jornalist Federation), Mr. Shree Samsher Rana (Graduated Officer of GoN), Mr. Harka Bahadur Shahi (Representation of CPN-Moasist), Mr. Bhakiram Marasini (Planning, Monitoring & Administrative Officer of DDC, Dailekh) & chief guest Mr. Homenath Thapaliya (CDO District Administration office, Dailekh) had been presented thanks speech on this 15th General Assembly & Anniversary.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this opening ceremony, Mrs. Banisara Aale Magar (Chairperson of CBDRMC, Jarikhana Salleri), Mr. Upendra Bista (Chairperson of Youth Club, Badakhola, Mr. Santosh Dahal (Secretary of Child Network Bansi), Mrs. Mandhara Malla (Chairperson of Women Network of Bindhyabasini), Mr. Harka Bahadur Basnet (VDC Assistant of Pipalkot VDC), Mr. Indra Bahadur Thapa (CF of DWSSP), Mrs. Maya Rana Magar (SM of ICDP), Mr. Tikaram Sapkota (Finance Assitant of Finance Section) had been rewarded as a best.<\/span><\/p>\n

Similarly, Mr. Madav Prasad Timilsena and Mrs. Kalpana Adhikari (Former Vice chairperson of SOSEC) had been rewarded for their best performanance during their owns period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Formal program was conducted for the closing ceromony of the 15th GA & A with the participation of 96 organizational members of SOSEC out of 112 members. 44 femal and 52 male were presence in closing ceremony of 15th GA & A. Mr. Jibraj Regmi, Mrs. Balkumari Nepali, Mr. Khagendra Bahadur Shahi & Rajendra Adhikari had been made comment on report of General Secretary & Treasurer. 1 year stretaty plan, all the decision done by board and management committee had been reviewed and tabled for approval on same GA & A. After regirous discussion on above matters all the issues were approved from this 15th GA & A. Mrs. Jib Kumari Khadka, Miss Anita Bista, Mrs. Parbati Chaulagai, Mr. Lalit Kumar Chand, Mr. Jhakka Bahadur Bista, Mr. Surya Bahadur Shahi, Mr. Madav Prasad Timilsena & Mrs. Manju Kumari Khadka had been present their speech in same closing ceremony. After finished speech, Mr. Hira Singh Thapa Chairperson had been presented history of organization and pervious status of SOSEC. Now organization has owns identity with successful organization in Dailekh. We must have challenges to maintain this identity and dignity of organization. He gave many many thanks to all the supports who had directly and indirectly involved in successes 15th General Assembly & Anniversay of organization and decleared end of 15th GA & A.<\/span><\/p>\n
